Welcome to BookSpace. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Definitions

• Platform: The BookSpace website and services
• User: Any person who accesses or uses the Platform
• Space Provider: Individuals or businesses who list their spaces on the Platform
• Booking: The reservation of a space for a specified time period

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain and update your information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Booking and Cancellation

When you book a space through our Platform, you agree to pay all fees associated with the booking. The specific cancellation policy for each space will be displayed before you confirm your booking.

Generally, cancellations made 24+ hours before the booking start time receive a full refund, while cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking receive no refund. However, individual Space Providers may set their own cancellation policies.

5. User Conduct

As a user of our Platform, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Provide false or misleading information
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform
• Use the spaces for illegal, dangerous, or inappropriate activities

6. Intellectual Property

The BookSpace name, logo, and all content on our Platform are owned by BookSpace and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of our content without explicit permission.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Platform, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

BookSpace is not responsible for the condition, safety, or conduct at any space listed on our Platform. We are a booking platform and do not own or operate the spaces listed.

In no event shall BookSpace be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform or any spaces booked through our service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
