Booking Questions

Booking a space on BookSpace is simple:

  1. Browse available spaces or use our search filters to find what you need
  2. Select a space that interests you to view details
  3. Choose your desired date and time
  4. Sign in to your account (or create one if you're new)
  5. Confirm your booking details and complete the booking

You'll receive an immediate confirmation email with all the details of your booking.

Yes, you can cancel your booking through your account dashboard. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made 24+ hours before the booking start time: Full refund
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking: No refund

Some spaces may have their own specific cancellation policies, which will be clearly displayed before you confirm your booking.

Most spaces on our platform can be booked up to 3 months in advance. For longer-term bookings or special arrangements, please contact the space directly or reach out to our support team.

Account & Payment Questions

To create a BookSpace account:

  1. Click on the "Sign Up" button in the top-right corner of any page
  2. Enter your email address and create a password
  3. Complete your profile information
  4. Verify your email address by clicking the link sent to your inbox

Once your account is created, you can immediately start browsing and booking spaces.

BookSpace accepts the following payment methods:

  • All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Bank transfers (for certain bookings)

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

Space & Amenities Questions

All BookSpace listings include basic amenities such as:

  • High-speed Wi-Fi
  • Access to restrooms
  • Basic furniture appropriate to the space type

Additional amenities vary by location and may include:

  • Coffee/tea service
  • Printing facilities
  • Projectors or TVs
  • Whiteboards
  • Kitchen access
  • Phone booths
